We are a quality HDPE & PP Blow Molded Container and closure manufacturer. We specialize in custom and proprietary blow-molded bottles, containers and closures. We are dedicated to world class QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS which allows us to deliver quality products on regular basis. We are capable of blow molding from 10 ml bottles to 5 Ltr Jars for just about every application and level of complexity, at very competitive rates.

In addition to offering extrusion blow molding and secondary operations, we work regularly with major packaging manufacturers, Contract Fillers, and packaging decorators to offer our customers a wide variety of packaging solutions.

We have over 24 years of our accumulated knowledge and experience. We along with our dedicated team, offers every blow molded project into Design engineering and molding expertise to give you customized products that are hallmarks of our company.

QUALITY DEPARMENTS

1) All Incoming Raw Material are checked for MFI & 100% Finished goods are tested for quality parameters such as Weight variations ,Cap fitments, Leakage Testing automatic done by Pneumatic leakage testing machine, & other tests to ensure that customers gets quality products.

2) Sealed bottles are subject to Vibrations, to simulate Transport jerks.

3) Top load tests are done on regular batches, to check the top load with standing capacity.

4) We regularly check induction sealing of our production in our laboratory to ensure sealing of our bottles and caps

5) ESCR tests are carried out regularly, to ensure our bottles withstand stress cracks at enhanced temperatures.

6) The above tests results are recorded in a very well laid, out systems as per ISO norms supported by TUV-SUD ASIA.
